Constance House
Located on the intersection of Admirals Road and Constance Avenue, Constance House serves as a gateway to Esquimalt’s Canadian Forces Base and the harbor beyond. 19+2 is a 51-unit, 5-storey mixed-use development set at the intersection of 19 ST NW and 2 AV NW: the core of West Hillhurst's emerging high street. The project's high-quality design will introduce an attractive new mix of housing and retail options to the neighbourhood and improve street level amenities, acting as a catalyst for further redevelopment along the 19 ST NW corridor.
