Trail 19 is a six-storey, street-oriented mixed-use development situated along the Edmonton Trail NE Main Street within the community of Tuxedo Park. The development is ideally located to activate an existing neighbourhood commercial node at 20 AV NE.
The project team worked closely with The City of Calgary to enhance Trail 19's Main Street frontage, with active locally-serving commercial-retail units, an extensive widening of the public realm, and quality landscaping within the public road right-of-way.
