Jacksonport Point

The project's high-quality design will introduce an attractive new mix of housing and retail options to the neighbourhood and improve street level amenities, acting as a catalyst for further redevelopment along the 19 ST NW corridor.

Cadence is a 53-dwelling unit, 5-storey multi-residential redevelopment in the inner-city community of Altadore. Sited on a primarily multi-residential block, Cadence capitalizes on and supports streetscape and infrastructure investment being made by The City of Calgary on the nearby 33 / 34 Avenue SW and 14 Street SW Main Streets.
